DRAFT — the full POIZ terms of service are being finalised and are not yet in force. POIZ operates as a pre-release platform: access is provided as-is with no commercial guarantee, and features may change between releases.
Who can use POIZ
POIZ is for dancers of every age. There is no minimum age.
Accounts for dancers under 13 are set up in a restricted state and need a parent or legal guardian's approval before posting, uploading, messaging, training, competing, payments or rewards. Accounts aged 13 to 17 confirm that a parent or guardian has given permission, and run with safer defaults.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private, give accurate information, and don't impersonate another dancer, teacher or studio. You are responsible for what is posted from your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of your choreography and recordings. You give POIZ a limited licence to display your submitted media inside challenge, combo, training and competition surfaces and to credit you alongside it. Only upload media you have the rights to share.
Acceptable use
Using POIZ means following the Community Guidelines. Serious or repeated violations remove competition eligibility and may end account access.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans, competition entries and rewards redemptions are described at the point of purchase. Prices, inclusions and renewal terms are shown before you pay.
Changes and contact
When these terms change materially, POIZ records a new version and asks you to accept it before you continue with sensitive actions. Browsing stays available while you decide.
