1. Respect the cypher
POIZ is built for dancers across age groups, of every style and every level, subject to applicable law, guardian consent requirements and age-based feature limits. Bring energy, bring critique that helps, and treat other people the way you would want to be treated in their studio.
These guidelines apply everywhere on POIZ: posts, combos, training, competitions, comments, profiles, direct messages, HQ workspaces and anything you upload.
2. Child safety — zero tolerance
There is no warning and no second chance for anything that sexualizes, exploits or endangers a minor.
- Child sexual abuse material of any kind, real, drawn or generated.
- Sexualizing a minor, including comments, edits, framing, captions or filters that do so.
- Grooming, or trying to move a minor into private, off-platform or secret contact.
- Sextortion, or pressuring anyone to send intimate images.
- Asking a minor for their address, school, schedule, or a private meeting.
- Trafficking, or soliciting or facilitating commercial sexual activity.
3. Intimate images and AI deepfakes
Never share intimate or sexually explicit images or video of a person without their consent. This includes material that has been digitally created, edited, face-swapped or otherwise synthesized to depict a real person that way, whether or not it is labeled as fake.
If intimate imagery of you — real or synthetic — is on POIZ, report it immediately through the Support Center at /support and identify where it is. POIZ removes confirmed violations and takes action on the accounts responsible.
POIZ is building a dedicated intimate-image removal process, including handling known identical copies, to meet the standards expected of platforms under United States law. Until that dedicated process is published, reports are handled through the Support Center and treated as urgent. POIZ does not claim a guaranteed removal turnaround here that its current workflow does not provide.
4. Harassment, hate and threats
Dance is critique-heavy. Criticism of technique is fine; attacking a person is not.
- Bullying, humiliation, pile-ons or coordinated harassment.
- Body shaming, or comments about anyone's body, weight or appearance.
- Hate speech, slurs, or dehumanising attacks based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or any other protected characteristic.
- Threats of violence, intimidation, or wishing harm on someone.
- Encouraging self-harm or suicide, or promoting disordered eating.
- Dangerous challenges, stunts or training advice likely to cause serious injury.
5. Privacy, doxxing and stalking
Do not publish another person's private information — home or school address, phone number, private email, class schedule, workplace, identification documents or private messages — without their permission.
Do not follow, monitor, track or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop, and do not use location details in a post to help someone find a person in the real world.
6. Authenticity and impersonation
Be who you say you are. Do not impersonate another dancer, teacher, choreographer, studio, brand or POIZ itself, and do not run an account that is designed to be mistaken for someone else's.
Do not present manipulated or AI-generated media as a real performance by a real person. Edits are welcome; deception is not.
7. Fraud, spam and competition integrity
- Scams, phishing, fake giveaways, fake sponsorships or payment fraud.
- Malware, malicious links, or attempts to break, overload or probe POIZ systems.
- Spam, mass unsolicited messaging or repetitive low-value posting.
- Bought or artificial engagement: fake followers, likes, votes or views.
- Manipulating a competition: submitting someone else's performance as your own, re-using or doctoring footage against the rules, using multiple accounts, or gaming scoring, XP or Coins.
8. Choreography, music and other people's work
Only upload what you have the right to share. That includes the music in your video, the choreography you are performing, footage someone else filmed, and other people who appear in the frame.
Credit choreographers and collaborators. If a minor appears in your video, you need their parent or legal guardian's permission.
Copyright reports are handled as described in the Terms of Service.
9. Sexual content, solicitation and adult–minor boundaries
POIZ is an all-ages platform. Sexually explicit content, nudity and sexual solicitation are not allowed.
Adults must not pursue private, romantic or sexual contact with a minor on POIZ under any circumstances. Do not send a minor unsolicited private messages, gifts, offers or requests to meet.
Dance styles such as heels can be sensual. Keep it performance-focused and age-appropriate for an all-ages audience.
10. Drugs, weapons and illegal goods
Do not promote, sell or facilitate the sale of illegal drugs, prescription medication, weapons, or other regulated or illegal goods and services, and do not depict them in a way that promotes use to minors.
11. Off-platform conduct
POIZ may act on credible information about off-platform conduct — especially conduct involving child safety, threats, stalking or serious violence — when it creates a real risk to the POIZ community.
12. How POIZ enforces
POIZ generally uses a proportionate ladder: a warning or content removal, then feature restrictions such as limits on posting, messaging or competing, then temporary suspension, then permanent termination.
Severe violations skip the ladder. Child safety violations, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats and serious fraud can result in immediate permanent removal, preservation of evidence, and reports to authorities where required or permitted by law.
POIZ may also remove competition eligibility and reverse or adjust results, XP, Coins and rankings affected by a violation.
Appeals. Where a feature provides it, you can ask POIZ to review an enforcement decision through the Support Center. POIZ reviews appeals in good faith; it does not promise a particular outcome.
Evasion. Creating a new account, using someone else's account, or otherwise working around a suspension, ban, block or safety control is itself a violation.
Anti-retaliation. Retaliating against someone for reporting a violation is a violation.
Limits. These guidelines describe what POIZ prohibits and how it responds. They do not create a duty to monitor every post, comment or message, and they are not a promise that harmful content will be detected or removed before anyone sees it.
13. Reporting and blocking
Use available in-product report and block controls. For urgent or safety-related matters, use the Support Center at /support.
