Classes & scheduling

Dance class scheduling software with attendance built in

Schedule dance classes and private lessons, take attendance in the room, and give teachers a calendar scoped to what they actually teach — with reservations and enrollments on the same records.

The job: the timetable, the room and the register agree

Scheduling software fails the moment the schedule lives in one place and the register lives in another.

In POIZ HQ a class series generates sessions, dancers are enrolled or reserved against those sessions, and attendance is taken on the same record — so the timetable and the register can never drift apart.

Questions

Straight answers

Can dancers reserve a place in a class?
Yes. Reservations and enrollments both attach to real class sessions, so the register reflects who was expected and who came.
Do you support private lessons as well as group classes?
Yes. Appointments for private lessons sit on the same studio calendar as class sessions.
Can teachers take the register themselves?
Yes, for the sessions they are assigned to. Attendance is marked against the session record, not a separate list.
