Prices come straight from the approved POIZ commercial catalog. HQ Scale is assisted onboarding with capacity set with you — never a public number, and there is no self-serve checkout for it. HQ Enterprise is a custom contract, contact-only, with pricing starting at the amount shown. Managed dancer counts for Coach/Studio/Growth are roster capacity for your workspace — they are not included POIZ Pro subscriptions, and studio HQ never creates teacher logins or teacher seats. Dancers are never charged for your workspace.

Straight answers
- Is POIZ HQ separate from the POIZ Network?
- No. It's one POIZ account and one ecosystem. The Network is the free community side; HQ is the paid workspace your business runs in. You sign in once.
- Can independent teachers use it?
- Yes. A workspace can be an independent teacher or a studio. Independent teachers get the same routines, scheduling and communication tools at the Coach tier.
- Do my dancers have to pay for HQ?
- No. Dancers never pay for your HQ workspace. They join the free POIZ Network, and studio members can qualify for a discounted POIZ Pro rate if they choose to upgrade themselves.
- Does claiming a profile automatically create a paid workspace?
- No. A public professional profile is free and grants no HQ access. A paid workspace is a separate, deliberate step.
- Is a credit card required for the trial?
- No. The HQ trial is 14 days with no card. Trial provisioning is being finished now — see the pre-trial page for exactly where that stands.
- Can I invite my current roster?
- Yes. HQ invitations cover dancers, guardians, teachers and staff, and your public profile link works as a self-serve join link.
- What happens after the trial?
- Your workspace becomes read-only and export-safe. We do not delete your roster, routines or records when a trial ends.
- Are payments and competition checkout active yet?
- Not yet. Competitions and pricing are publicly viewable, but no checkout is open in POIZ until payment activation is complete. Any page that says otherwise is a bug.
