1 · HQ dashboard
Your workspace opens on what needs attention today: roster changes, upcoming classes, outstanding waivers and unread studio conversations.
2 · Roster and guardians
Dancers, parents and guardians are linked records with real permissions. Guardians see only their own dancer, and never your staff surfaces.
3 · Classes, schedule and attendance
Recurring class series, sessions, reservations and attendance in one place, with teacher-scoped access to what they actually teach.
4 · Managed routines
A routine carries its dancers, teachers, cut audio versions, practice videos and separate dancer / teacher / staff-only notes — plus FORME AI motion feedback beside the human notes, never instead of them.
5 · Communication
Categorised studio channels, announcements and outbound messaging, with moderation and adult-to-minor controls built in.
6 · Payments readiness
Products, orders and payout surfaces are built and waiting on POIZ payment activation. Nothing can be charged through POIZ HQ yet, and this tour will not pretend otherwise.
